Are roof racks or platform style roof racks needed for the installation of the water tank?

Yes, you need to have a roof rack, or a platform style roof rack installed in your car so the tank can be properly placed. Please see the images of the different cars in the main page.

How can I install the tank on my car and how does it work?

Each tank comes with a QR code that you can scan with your phone’s camara, and it will take you to our user’s manual and installation guide. If you have more doubts, please feel free to contact us at info@oasistank.com or at our WhatsApp number (+506) 87685429 and we will assist you in all the process.

Can the tank be filled with any liquid?

Our water tanks are designed to be used only with fresh water, any other liquid will damage the water pump and void the warranty.

Does the tank keep the temperature of the water?

Under normal circumstances the tank will keep the water relatively at the same temperature at which it was poured inside of it. If the tank is exposed to direct sunlight for a considerable amount of time, the water inside will warm up.

Are the mounting clamps, 12 V cable and hose included with the purchase?

Yes, all the accessories are included with the purchase of the tank.

What currency are the prices shown on the webpage?

All prices are in USD but you can change this, go to the top right hand side of the screen and select your desired currency.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. We ship from our US warehouse, so orders made in the US arrive quicker than those made from other locations. Please allow 2-4 shipping days for US orders and 9-24 days for other locations.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned?

We offer full refund if the product is defective or damaged. You have 3 days to send it back to us for a change of product or a refund. You must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product, we will check the condition of the product and proceed accordingly. Can I cancel my order?

You must cancel your order before it ships, please reply as soon as possible to the order confirmation sent to you or contact us through our different channels (email or WhatsApp). If the item has already been sent, please contact us at info@oasistank.com to tell you the instructions needed to perform the return of the product.

I have entered an incorrect address. What do I do now?

If you have misspelled or auto filled an incorrect address, kindly reply to us at the email sent with your tracking information. We will work with our 3PL to make the necessary adjustments. No refund will be given after 24 hours of incorrect submission.

How long does shipping take for countries outside the US?

Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. The average shipping time is 9-24 business days.
